David Carlson

As a Principal at SEH, Inc., David assists clients with a full range of services to businesses, communities, counties and economic development organizations across the midwest. This includes economic development planning, industrial park development, brownfield reuse, revolving loan fund management, enterprise zone consulting, tax incremental district creation, site incentive negotiation and grant writing.
