Quality & Compliance Enablement in Atlanta, GA

About Me

Most of my career has been focused on biostatistics and data management, which taught me to think critically, question assumptions, and protect data integrity. However I also took opportunities to stretch beyond my official job titles by managing cross-functional projects, training teams, and creating guidance documents. I applied all of this in the highly-regulated and complex pharmaceutical industry.

Through this experience I found that I thrive in initiatives involving listening, learning what people need to do their jobs well, and helping them turn complex requirements into actionable, efficient processes. I’ve also extended this awareness into my personal life, recently completing peer counseling training to strengthen my ability to support others.

I am focused on helping organizations translate complex processes into clear, actionable guidance. I collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements, create or refine procedures that reflect current practice and regulatory compliance, design training that meets real needs, and use feedback and data to refine both content and workflows.

My goal is to make processes and requirements understandable, usable, and effective so teams and individuals can perform confidently, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards.
