David Albertelli, originally from Jacksonville, Florida, is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and expert in real estate. With over two decades of experience in engineering and construction management, he currently serves as the President of Albertelli Construction.

Before his time at Albertelli Construction, David Albertelli worked for The Stellar Group as their Vice President. In this role, he oversaw their end-to-end project execution, which included conceptual design, procurement, and development. He worked with the company for over a decade before founding his own company.

During the Great Recession, Albertelli successfully pivoted the company’s focus by securing new clients such as the U.S. Navy and entering the commercial development market, developing 21 stores for Dollar General and AT&T. Notably, his strategic initiatives included securing the first multifamily development in Tulsa in 2010, which led to the development of 12 additional sister complexes across multiple states, totaling over $200 million in budget and comprising over 4,000 units.
