David Alessi - Las Vegas Lawyer

In 1998, David Alessi (Lawyer) was a visiting student at Pepperdine School of Law. He received his schooling at the top-ranked Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution, Cal Poly Pomona and the University of La Verne School of Law. He established several companies, including Alessi Trustee Corporation (ATC) and Alessi & Koenig.

Aside from his law practice, David Alessi has an interest in real estate. For instance, David Alessi (Lawyer) built a three-story, 8,000-square-foot custom home in Malibu that was ultimately sold to Groupon founder Brad Keywell for $12,500,000 in 2016.

The home was also featured in Tyga's music video for "Stimulated," which starred Kylee Jenner and earned nearly 100 million views on social media. Dick Van Dyke rented it for an infomercial, while the Red-Hot Chile peppers rented it for a television interview. In addition, the Los Angeles Lakers held a team member birthday party at the hotel, with notable visitors including The Kardasians, Diana Ross, and Gordon Ramsey.

David Alessi (Lawyer) has donated approximately $1 million to environmental, animal rights, and children's charities over the last 15 years, including 5 acres of land in the Santa Monica Mountains. David Alessi also launched the HOA management firm Nevada Community Management (NCM), which has tripled in two years, growing from 45 HOAs to 180 from 2019 to 2021.
