David Alessi - Vegas

David Alessi (Vegas) founded the HOA management company Nevada Community Management (NCM), which has quadrupled in size in 2 years, going from 45 HOAs under management in 2019 to 180 HOA’s under management in 2021.

With 50 employees and 25,000 homes under management, the company is the largest locally family owned and operated HOA management company in Nevada. Over the last 15 years, David Alessi have donated nearly 1 million dollars to environmental, animal rights and children’s charities – including 5 acres of land in the Santa Monica Mountains.

After the project was completed in 2014, David Alessi rented the property out for 2 years on Airbnb. During this time it was the hottest property in Malibu. 33616 PCH Malibu. His first guest was Brett Favre, and his last LL Cool J.

David Alessi (Vegas) started his career in the HOA industry as a Community Manager (CAM) from 1999-2001 with Real Support Management in Malibu CA. Three years later ATC was the largest HOA assessment collection trustee company in the entire state of Nevada. Then, in 2004, David Alessi formed the law firm of Alessi & Koenig.

David Alessi (Vegas) graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 1990 and the University of La Verne School of Law in 1998. He attended Pepperdine School of Law as a visiting student in 1998 and studied at the nation’s #3 ranked Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution.
