David Lewis

Named one of the "100 Most Influential People in the Staffing Industry" by Staffing Industry Analysts, David broke into the staffing and recruiting business in college, followed by a season on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C.. Today, he wears many hats including Vice President of Franchising for the $3+ billion industry giant Express Employment Professionals; responsible for domestic and international expansion. With Express since 2001, David has helped Express grow to become one of the 100 largest private employers in the United States - so David understands the power of job creation better than most.

He is also a popular speaker and the bestselling author of “The Emerging Leader: Eight Lessons for Life in Leadership", now released in a second edition (pick up copy at Amazon!).

David has a passion for public service. He has been appointed by both Democrat and Republican Governors to serve as an advisor on workforce and economic development matters. He is a past nominee to the Oklahoma House of Representatives, and is a multi-year “40 Under 40” award winner. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Nazarene University, an MBA from Columbia Business School and an MBA from the London Business School.

David is a member of MENSA - the international high I.Q. society, and is married to Jodi Lewis. They have two sons, Bauer and Beckham.
