Leveraging over 30 years of business leadership experience, David Andalcio serves as CEO of Chicago, Illinois' Wynndalco Enterprises LLC, which provides warehousing, configuration, scheduling, and deployment services to school boards and transportation systems throughout the United States as well as in Mexico and Trinidad and Tobago. Prior to founding Wynndalco Enterprises LLC in 2009, David Andalcio served the Illinois Tollway Authority as a board member and chairman of the engineering committee. He played a significant role in the expansion of the I-355 Veterans Memorial Tollway and helped launch the $6.3 billion Open Roads for a Faster Future toll plaza conversion project.

David Andalcio has additional executive experience in real estate, information technology, electrical contracting, and industrial supply and manufacturing, among other business sectors. He has earned multiple accolades for his business acumen throughout his career, including a 1995 nomination for Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and the 2011 Latino Leaders Maestro Innovation Award.

Supplementing his professional pursuits, Mr. Andalcio holds membership with the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association, and the American Council of Engineering Companies of Illinois.
