David Angdi, SE, CBME

David Angdi ("David") is currently the lead advisory consulting assistant in Ernst & Young Indonesia. He had previously joined the company as a transaction advisory intern before he graduated in August 2011. During the internship period, David was assigned to assist various sub-service lines in notable range of projects, such as valuation and business modeling, merger and acquisition advisory, as well as transaction support.

Prior to returning to Ernst & Young as a permanent employee, David was an associate in Arghajata Alliance, a consulting firm which is in exclusive partnership with Booz & Company. He was exposed to various tasks related to corporate finance work, such as fundraising, financial and tax due diligence, as well as corporate structuring with heavy emphasis on information and communication technology industry

Alongside his professional career, David owns an online bookstore whom he had found in early 2010 called Solomon E-Bookshop. David acted as the CEO of the store and deals with the customers and suppliers on a day-to-day basis.

Before initiating his professional career, David was a student at Petra Christian University majoring in International Business. He graduated with the GPA of 3.82/4.00 (Cum Laude). During his study, David had participated in a lot of activities. He was appointed as the Indonesian Delegate for Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations in Tokyo and Singapore for two consecutive years. In addition, David was chosen as one of the students to join Danamon Young Leaders Award, where he was able to win the first prize in that nationwide competition. In addition, David had the opportunity to work as an apprentice in a leading tissue paper manufacturer in Surabaya, Indonesia in 2010. David was assigned to work on competitor analysis, as well as feasibility studies in relation to to the market expansion plan that the respective company was about to commence.
