When you think about bold thinking, courageous action, and fearless determination; you are thinking Davida Opara.

Davida Opara is a young Nigerian woman driven by an ambition to see an end to big global challenges, particularly poor healthcare, gender inequality and climate change. Thus she is an unwavering advocate for sustainable development and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. She has served as an advocate of the same under the Global Schools Program of the UN SDSN-Youth, volunteered to teach the World's Largest Lesson on SDGS to families in her community, led a one-month campaign to enlighten young people on the SDGs with the Live Large project in 2019. She is keen on gender equality, and thus participated in the EU-UN Spotlight Initiative on preventing SGBV on Campuses led by WARIF. As a Student Clinician at the Women's Law Clinic, University of Ibadan, she has been part of a campaign to end domestic violence. She also shares some of her ideas on feminism on her blog, "This is Madd, Davida!".

She is a penultimate Law student at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria; where she currently serves as a Deputy Chamber Head of H.O Davies Chambers. In addition, she is the International Desk Editor at the Law Press Organization, as well as a member of the Union of Campus Journalists. She is a member of Safe Sphere, an organization made up of the university's students that advocates for the SDGS.

She reads and researches for sport, and is an enthusiast of development law and policy. Moreover, she is actively developing her skills in content writing and management; and is a Content Associate at Forty-Five Degrees Media.

Finally, she is a Christ lover, and sees the world through the lens of Christ's great love!
