David A. Riley

I write stories, mainly either horror, fantasy or science fiction, though I have started to move a little towards trying my hand at crime fiction too. Lin and I run Parallel Universe Publications, which has just published it's first book since Beyond magazine folded, Craig Herbertson's hardbacj collection, The Heaven Maker & Other Gruesome Tales. My first collection of stories - four long stories and a novelette - His Own Mad Demons, was published by Hazardous Press in the States as both an ebook and a paperback in 2012. I also have a Lovecraftian horror novel due in the States next year called The Return, published by Blood Bound Books. My wife is Linden Rosemary Riley and we live in Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire, though we also have a home in the village of Prezviter Kozma in Bulgaria and are spending more and more time in Garstang, Lancashire. I am an Active Member of the Horror Writers Association and have twice been editor of the British Fantasy Society's bulletin, Prism. I also do some occasional amateur acting with the Oswaldtwistle Players, though I have been involved with other groups backstage and was secretary, then chairman for several years of the St Mary's Pantomime Group.
