David A. Russon

As President and CEO of Investment Management Consultants (IMC), David A. Russon knows the ins and outs of the financial world. The University of Utah graduate has nearly 30 years of experience within the fiscal environments of world economies and has been recognized for his superior performance numerous times. Yet, Mr. Russon is not merely a money manager working in the corporate scene. Mr. Russon has several interests apart from his work in the management of investment portfolios.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation of America has been working with children suffering from life-threatening diseases since 1980. David A. Russon currently serves as a board member for the Salt Lake City branch of the national charity. The organization’s goal is to enhance the lives of young people who are dealing with life-threatening illnesses by granting them a wish, not only to provide a joyous experience, but also to divert their attention from the mental and emotional strains a sickness can have on one’s psyche. David A. Russon also is actively involved with other charities such as HEAL Utah. The group is focused on protecting the health of the natural environment in the state of Utah. They aim to do this by educating the public about the impact of environmental degradation and by encouraging the development of civic skills needed to affect change at the governmental level.

Another charity David A. Russon is associated with is CHOICE Humanitarian. Also based in Mr. Russon’s hometown of Salt Lake City, the non-governmental organization strives to end poverty by providing the necessary tools and resources to individuals in rural communities so they may improve their lives and the lives of those around them.
