David Auer is the President and Founder of Provident CPAs based in Tulsa, OK. With over 30 years of experience, David helps businesses with a wide array of tax and accounting services with succession planning being a key component.

David received his BSBA and MS in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and his JD with honors from Oklahoma University College of Law. In addition, he received his LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law. David Auer CPA is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is also certified as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He also serves as a certified Tax Coach.
