David J. Berena

David Berena is currently a sophomore attending The University of Tennesee at Knoxville. He plans on graduating in May 2015 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administartion. his intended major is accounting with a concentration in information management. Berena is also a memeber of two honor societies: The National Honors Society of Collegiate Scholars and Phi Eta Sigma.

Berena has been part of the Dean's list at the university for over two years and has gained a great amount of insight from his coursework. After graduation he plans on creating a small buisness within his hometown of Hermitage, TN. Berena intends on managing a family restaurant and gain experience in accounting as well. He hopes to intern for an accounting firm in the future and someday work for Ernst and Young. He is currently working two jobs at his campus: Chic-Fil-A and the Tennessee Athletic Hospitality Group.

David Berena is part of the Nashville Key Club, which puts most of its devotion through volunteer work around the city. Berena helps out any individual whenever he can. During his free time, Berena spends his time reading or writing songs for entertainment. He also spent most of his childhood living in the Philippines. It is because of this that he is able to speak a language called "tagalog." Berena devotes his time in the summer totravel back to the isalnd providence. the culture of the philippines is an important aspect in his life, as well as his family that lives there.
