Thanks for stopping by to learn a little bit more about me and my career as a community newspaper journalist.

During the last 25 years I've built a career on quality journalism practices that have built readership across all platforms.

From the earliest days of my journalism career at a tiny weekly in Quincy, Wash., I have taken proven methods of engaging readers and added my own creativity to produce award-winning products.

Much of my work experience has come from hands-on work inside newsrooms at mid-sized dailies around the West and north central Ohio.

I'm now in the Provo/Orem, Utah area where I can practice my craft and enjoy the outdoors that I love. (Let's go fishing sometime.)
