David Verity

Demonstrating a talent for dentistry with keen business acumen, David Verity, DDS, is uniquely positioned as a healthcare consultant. After being in a thriving practice for 15 years and concurrently running four offices, Dr. Verity began to explore business from an academic perspective. After obtaining a Master of Business Administration from National University in Sacramento, David Verity, DDS, completed postgraduate courses at Harvard Business School in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and at the Stanford School of Medicine in Palo Alto, California.

David Verity, DDS, drew on the knowledge he acquired while earning his MBA to secure positions in healthcare-related consulting as well as sales throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. After acting as Regional Sales Director for PhysicianAccess.com in San Jose, he held a healthcare management consultancy position for more than four years with the Ascendancy Consulting Group in Pacifica. Dr. Verity then worked as Senior Managerial Consultant with Kaiser Permanente in Oakland before accepting a two-year role as National Accounts Executive for Sikka Software Corporation, a provider of business intelligence software for small healthcare practices. David Verity, DDS, left Sikka Software to become Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions for Martin, Day & Associates in San Francisco. In addition to his sales and consulting jobs, David Verity, DDS, has addressed the topics of human resource management and practice success strategies in lectures at dental schools and in his column for Dental Economics magazine.

David Verity, DDS, spent two years in his role as SVP for Martin, Day & Associates before deciding to make his recent move to Scottsdale, Arizona. He now spends his time editing a weekly audio magazine called Total Dental Success, serving as Chief Executive Dentist for OraCare Development, Inc., and working as a principal in the consulting firm Total Practice Success.
