David Coallier

David is a technologist, an avid learner, a high-tech investor, a startup advisor, and a serial entrepreneur that likes to share stories about his successes, acquisitions, exits, choices, and failures. He is currently a data scientist at Engine Yard

Previously, David has also been involved in the core development of the PHP language, as well as being involved in many notorious open source projects as such as Debian Linux and the PEAR Project. Nowadays he can be found hacking on Numpy, regressing with R, helping startups or scribbling maths on a piece of paper whilst furiously drinking coffee.

He's currently a data scientist at EngineYard, as well as being an exuberant public speaker.
