I’m a commercial and operational leader in diagnostics and healthcare, currently serving as a District Sales Manager at e3 Diagnostics. I lead multi‑region, customer‑facing organizations with a focus on developing leaders, strengthening execution, and building teams that perform consistently over time.

Since 2023, I’ve helped guide my organization through meaningful structural change while keeping teams aligned, focused, and moving forward. I’m especially passionate about leading people leaders—developing managers, sharpening execution, and creating the clarity and operating discipline teams need to succeed.

My leadership style is straightforward: set clear goals, coach consistently, remove friction, and celebrate wins. Having sold the same portfolio my teams support today, my approach stays grounded in field reality and customer needs.

Outside of work, I’m an avid photographer and traveler who enjoys capturing places near and far. Always open to connecting on leadership, talent development, and building strong commercial organizations.
