He was recently Chief StrategyOfficer for the Car Charging Group (OTCQB: CCGI) where he assisted in the M&A of a $200M smart charging software company making CCGI the largestelectric vehicle managed services company in the world. David has 24 years of management, software product development, and business developmentexperience for emerging technology companies. He has specialized in the areas of Smart Buildings, SmartGrids, Automotive, Telecommunications, Financial,and Utilities. David founded four start-up companies and has a track record in building, scaling, and selling innovative and profitable ventures. Hehas completed numerous joint ventures and partnerships in the US, Europe, Latin America, Africa, Middle East, Australia, India, and Asia-Pac. David hasdeveloped and commercialized over 20 enterprise software products, and is nationally renowned for his pioneering work in SmartGrid software applications.David was named as one of the top 100 Movers and Shakers in the SmartGrid by Greentech Media. He is an expert on advanced software systemsincluding AI-Based Analytics, Embedded Systems,, Machine-to-Machine (M2M), Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing, Enterprise Software Platforms,and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
