David's real estate journey is deeply rooted in a family legacy, with his father serving as a real estate attorney and his mother enjoying a distinguished 30+ year career as an Owner/Broker in Manhattan, Kansas.

After completing his Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Colorado, David specialized in Real Estate, laying the foundation for a diverse career that spans sales, new construction, investment, marketing, finance, residential real estate training, coaching, and consulting.

Since 1987, David has been a prominent figure in the Kansas City real estate landscape, earning accolades for his unparalleled proficiency and knowledge. He dedicates a significant portion of his time to consulting and leading seminars for elite REALTORS® nationwide, striving to elevate service standards in the industry.

In 2007, David took ownership of Keller Williams Realty Key Partners, LLC, later rebranded in 2023 as KW Kansas City Metro. Serving as the Majority Shareholder, Managing Member, Broker, and Operating Principal, he leads over 360 real estate agents. Under his guidance, KW Kansas City Metro has risen from the 33rd to the 5th position in overall production in the Kansas City area. The office achieved the shortest average days on market and substantial growth in volume, units listed, and sold among the top 10 offices in the region. During this period, the agent count tripled, and profit share distributed to agents quadrupled annually.

David's passion for training and coaching is evident in his daily efforts to help associates achieve their aspirations and promote businesses worth owning and lives worth living. In his recent role as the Regional Director for Keller Williams in the California Central and Southern Region, he collaborated with 16 offices and 3,800 agents, aiming to establish Keller Williams as the preferred real estate company in California.

Expanding his professional portfolio, David launched Loans in KC, LLC, an innovative Mortgage Services Brokerage aiming to realize homeownership dreams and foster wealth creation through a competitive lender marketplace.

Residing in Leawood, Kansas, David finds fulfillment in his personal life with his wife and two sons, balancing professional achievements with a rich family life.
