David Davoudpour

David Davoudpour, chairman and chief executive officer of Best American Hospitality Corp. in Nashville, Tennessee, devotes considerable time and resources to various civic and philanthropic causes in his community. One of his restaurants, the popular family restaurant chain Shoney’s, recently hosted its 8th Annual Shoney’s 5K Family Fun Run and Festival at Nissan Stadium in Nashville. The event helped raise funds for the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department. In addition, he serves as a sponsor for Nashville Public Schools and the Equal Education Opportunity Group of Nashville, an organization that asked him to speak at its annual fundraiser. Other groups David Davoudpour supports include the Boy Scouts of America Navigator Program, which raises hundreds of thousands of dollars to create and support college scholarships across Tennessee.
