I am on a great adventure!

My purpose is to help people change the way they think.

I grew up in a family business. When I was a teenager my dad would share his struggles with me, specially in the areas of people and money. At one point they were on the verge of bankruptcy and divorce. But, by the grace of God, they made it through.

This experience impacted my decision when I was looking to get into my own business.

I decided on coaching because it would give me the opportunity to help people like my dad. I consider it a privilege help people see how they can turn their struggles into successes. And I love being able to speak and train hundreds of people every year.

I believe that people are the #1 asset in every organization. Investing in those people helps them to grow, which in turn helps their organization to be better.

Growth comes from "changed thinking." The best legacy I can leave for the next generation will this… change your mind and you can change your life!
