● Pre-Sales : management of pre-sales team (Project Mgr, Process Analyst , Business Analyst , etc. . ) that support the commercial area in understanding the client's current situation (AS IS) in terms of technology and organization - processes - in designing a new model (TO BE) on the basis of customer needs
● Sales Management : management of the sales team and sales activities of direct and indirect channel (Partners) , definition of Go- to-Market strategy, new business strategy, portfolio management existing customers, key account management , multi-level selling, people coaching , supporting to the definition of marketing plan
● Operation: supporting the sales and pre-sales functions in the definition of the resources necessary to provide the service ( hardware, software, FTE 's, etc. ), support the definition of the Service Level Agreement, design and implementation of the processes of service delivery , measurement service with KPI definition and actions for continuous improvement
My experience in the field of Business Services (SaaS Consulting , Communication , Outsourcing, BPO) where IT,security,compliance, software, people , processes need to integrate better to meet the needs of the client, represents an added value for customers and a distinctive element.
