I'm IT manager at Silap Srl, a company that deals with sheet metal work for various companies, especially for electro-mechanical ones. Mainly I do some helpdesk and maintenance to PCs and servers. Since an year I'm also an internal quality management systems auditor, I deal with quality system documentation in collaboration with quality control manager and I'm the contact person during 3rd party audits from the certification organization.

I also manage the communication for the company where I work: I maintain the corporate website in collaboration with our marketing partner, I manage news and newsletter content to keep in touch with our consolidated and potential customers.

I'm also an amateur of graphics arts: from photo-retouching to vector graphics and desktop publishing.
