David Leibowitz

David is Managing Partner of CH Potomac, where he helps guide Fortune 100 and entrepreneurial entertainment, media and technology companies, typically in Board, Management and Advisory roles. Over the years, these have included Verance (co-founder / Chairman / Co-CEO), Aris Technologies (CEO), Sir Groovy (co-founder / Chairman), GoldenShores Enterprises (Co-Chairman), MOONRIDER (Chairman), EZMO (Chairman), FIGHTER Interactive (Advisory Board Chairman), ClipClash (Board Member), and Gotuit Media (EVP - Business and Legal Affairs).

David also advises multinational corporations and merchant banks, including Gibson Brands and The Silverfern Group, and previously was an Advisor to Motorola, The SingTel Group, National Datacast, and Peppercoin among others.

David began his career as an attorney, building his deep understanding of these industries, first as a Policy Planning Advisor to the Register of Copyrights at the U.S. Copyright Office, then as a partner in the Washington D.C. law firm Wiley Rein & Fielding, and later as EVP and General Counsel of the Recording Industry Association of America ("RIAA").
