David Summerhayes

David has more than 10 years experience advising clients on resolving commercial disputes.

He works for clients across a number of sectors, including Health and Care, Transport, Property and Sports Law.

David is a litigation specialist and has particular experience in fraud and asset recovery, breach of contract and warranty claims, shareholder disputes, LLP and partnership disputes and property litigation. He regularly provides injunctive advice on breach of directors' duties, breach of confidentiality and breach of restrictive covenants within employment contracts.

David's clients are local, national and international businesses. he has represented manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, banks, NHS trusts, Government departments and the country's leading estate agent firm. He is also an active member of the North East Fraud Forum
