My career has always been driven by a simple question: How do we build tools that genuinely help physicians save lives? For almost three decades, I’ve worked in the medical device industry—mostly in interventional radiology and neurovascular care—because I’m drawn to big problems that need practical solutions.

I’ve had the chance to build companies from scratch, lead teams around the world, and develop technologies that ended up in operating rooms treating real patients. Founding companies like MindFrame and Blockade Medical, and later serving as CTO of Balt Global, taught me that innovation is never a solo effort. Today, I run RC Medical and Sonorous Neuro, where I work directly with physicians to turn clinical challenges into workable products.

Outside of work, I try to stay grounded—travel, wine, golf, ice hockey, and time with my family all help keep me balanced. At the end of the day, I’m just someone who loves solving problems with good people and building things that matter.
