David Fish

Since 2001 I've worked as a technical director, mainly in London, on films such as Avatar, Happy Feet, The Tale of Despereaux, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, and Sweeney Todd.

Growing up I was fascinated with the details of visual effects and animation, and as a teenager I experimented with Super8 and 16mm film. In 1993 I saw Jurassic Park and was convinced the future of film would increasingly be computer animation.

Following an Art Foundation I studied computer graphics at Bournemouth University. Graduating in 2001 I was recruited by Framestore to work on Walking with Beasts.

When not sat a computer I enjoy eating, drinking and adventures.
