CEO & FOUNDER DAVID GALIEL created Elbowfish to design, develop and publish meaningful games across all media.
David brings to Elbowfish more than 25 years of broad-based experience as entrepreneur, senior executive, strategic consultant and mentor. He has worked as transmedia storyteller, executive producer, online community developer and professional musician, composer and performer.
He has designed and led integration of interactive entertainment into film, television and education productions.
His resume ranges from executive producer of a pioneering MMO game to new media advisor for AIDS.gov (the US Department of Health and Information services HIV/AIDS information portal); from online strategy consultant for US House and Senate campaigns, to leader of a global peace organization; and, from director of the Boston Computer Society’s pioneering Virtual Reality Group, to executive committee member of the nation’s first Creative Economy organization.
