I am a mission-driven leader focused on strengthening the connections between education, work, and community. My work centers on building ecosystems that help individuals—particularly young people—discover purpose, develop skills, and access meaningful career pathways.
Over the past two decades, I have led initiatives to expand experiential learning, deepen employer partnerships, and improve career-readiness outcomes. I currently oversee programs at one of the nation’s leading institutions (Georgia Tech) for career development and career outcomes. I work to advance innovative approaches that connect academic learning with real-world professional experience.
My work emphasizes collaboration across universities, employers, community organizations, and civic leaders to build scalable talent development ecosystems that support both individual opportunity and regional economic vitality. I have led institutional initiatives focused on community engagement, workforce-aligned education, and strategic partnerships designed to broaden access to opportunity.
Earlier in my career, I taught high school history and coached basketball and baseball in Arkansas—an experience that continues to shape my commitment to student success and human potential. I hold a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, with research focused on human capital development, career readiness, occupational engagement, and the evolving workforce aspirations of Generation Z.
