David M. Giunta

Mr. Giunta commenced his career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), auditing public companies for four years, including two with the largest public accounting firm in the world, at the time, Arthur Andersen. Mr. Giunta earned a B.A. from The Ohio University where he graduated cum laude in accounting and business law.

For 20+ years, David M. Giunta has served as a trusted financial advisor for high net-worth families, acting in the capacities of a licensed CPA (1996-present), real estate broker (2012-present), mortgage loan originator (2021-present), life insurance agent (1994-2017; 2021-present), investment adviser representative (1994-2008; 2011-2012), securities registered representative (1994-2005), and financial operations principal (FINOP). His diverse experience across all facets of finance makes Mr. Giunta an invaluable resource for his clients. He commands a proficiency with numbers, but also prides himself on his ability to connect on a personal level.

Mr. Giunta founded and operated multiple financial firms that were licensed and regulated by either the securities exchange commission (SEC), commodity futures trading commission (CFTC), national association of broker-dealers (NASD), or national futures association (NFA).

Outside of the office, Mr. Giunta is passionate about his philanthropy work. He served on the Board of Trustees and was the Chairman of the Finance Committee for Mariners Christian School, where his girls attended and son still attends. He also serves on the board of directors for the Down Syndrome Foundation of Orange County, a cause that is close to his heart. In addition, Mr. Giunta volunteered as the head basketball coach for all of his children, including his son with special needs. As a strong believer, he attends Mariners Church and a men’s bible study that he started 15 years ago. When not working or volunteering, Mr. Giunta finds the greatest joy spending time with his lovely wife of 23 years and their five amazing children.
