David is one of the most experienced , knowledgeable and respected Realtors in the nation. His 13 years of combined experience as a Realtor and investor has given him the rare first hand knowledge needed to better serve each of his clients individual needs and goals. In addition to being a member of the National Association of Realtors & California Association of Realtors, he is one of fewer than 5% of Realtors in the nation who are entitled to use the prestigious "GRI" (Graduate Realtor Institute) and the "SRES" (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designations.

A highlight of this dedication is when when he brought down the Grammy award winning group Boyz II Men & pop sensations O-town in 2000 to perform a concert at the Rancho Cucamonga Epicenter which was later televised on ABC & MTV and making Rancho Cucamonga known to millions of people around the world. In 2007 David was appointed by the city council to serve on the City of Rancho Cucamonga's Library Foundation Board and in 5 short years has helped raise over a million dollars for the new Cultural Center and Library.
