David Hamra

David Hamra completed his education at Oklahoma State University in Construction Management and Business Management. Dave Hamra has served in The Larkin from 2010 to 2011 and Kleinfelder from 2012 to 2014. He has demonstrated written and oral communication skills required to convey, gather and disseminate information.

David Hamra has been providing his services and time to Halfmoon Ranch since 1999 and Apex Excavating since 2018. He has general knowledge of sustainable agriculture and environmental issues. Dave Hamra defines site level safety practices and protocol in alignment with organizational standards, further ensuring safety procedures are followed and worksite safety for employees, customers, subcontractors and the public. He champions the journey to an incident, injury and illness free culture and environment and maintains a close partnership with the Health, Safety and Environment department.

Dave Hamra manages the entire process from design to construction and closeout, including budgeting and scheduling, ensuring targets are achieved. David Hamra is responsible for the overall administration and execution of assigned projects in a safe, profitable, and timely manner. In addition, David Hamra inspects and reviews projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations. He is one of the most promising Indiana Deer Farmers Association and OSU Cowboys Polo Team members.
