Nearly thirty years behind a variety of desks, and in a variety of operational and technical roles, has given me a good understanding of what goes on 'under the bonnet' of a business. I have had experience of almost every business function, from retail, through sales, finance, customer service, warehouse management, facilities and IT systems.

These days I specialise in the operational and IT aspects of businesses, and help people to work better with the technology that they have often spent a lot of money on - there is almost always something that can be done before you get to 'let's chuck it out and start again'! I'll build or fix databases and spreadsheets, pull out maningful management information, and get disparate systems talking to each other.

Whatever your business problem - process, systems or operations - I have probably been there before, and can certainly help you get through it.
