I am David Hearer, Sales Manager in New York One Stop Shop. I lead a small team of sales professionals of One Stop Shop. I direct the team’s focus, set goals, look at data, motivate and help create training opportunities. I also work with customers or with customer complaints, analyze budgets, and determine ways to streamline and improve the sales process.
