David Hensman
David Hensman brings over a decade of experience to the strata property management industry. As a strata management specialist, David Hensman presently serves as the Managing Broker of Teamwork Property Management, Ltd., and works closely with the various councils of jointly owned residential communities. With a mission to provide services that meet high levels of integrity and professionalism, Mr. Hensman controls, manages, and oversees the administrative duties that create and maintain appropriate standards of community living. In this capacity, David Hensman helps councils enforce strata rules and regulations, prepare annual budgets, maintain financial records, arrange adequate insurance coverage, prepare and set up council meetings and also providing 24/7 emergency services. David Hensman also coordinates Teamwork’s ability to perform general maintenance, as well as retrofit and repair buildings. David Hensman earned his licence at The University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business. Subsequently, he was involved in the oversight of various commercial and residential projects before beginning his own small management company. In 2001, he began subcontracting for Teamwork Property Management and assumed control of the company in November 2002. Under his direction, Teamwork currently serves the Fraser Valley and has recently expanded into Coquitlam and the greater metropolitan areas including Vancouver.
