Although I have spent 25 years as an educator, I have been employed in a number of roles. I began my career as a first and fifth grade teacher and then became a BTSA mentor and instructional coach. That was followed by my work at Stanford and San Jose State focusing on training and assessing student teachers. Currently I am an instructional coach at Cupertino Union SD. I believe teacher collaboration is not only a powerful path for professional growth but also supports teachers in providing their students meaningful opportunities to learn.
