David Hood

After a successful career in telecommunications working at a Fortune 500 company Verizon, I sought out the challenges of the real estate industry. I became a licensed real estate appraiser and sales agent in the early 00′s. My lifelong interest in technology and my passion for real estate lead me to form Adore Realty, Inc., a real estate brokerage providing home buyers and sellers with access to sophisticated search tools and experienced, highly-qualified real estate agents. My experience as a appraiser led me to understand how bringing the knowledge of appraising real estate together with the sales experience of a Realtor would create a tremendous benefit for home buyers and sellers. As CEO, I spend much of my time working agents and managing the day-to-day operations of the firm, but you will still find me showing properties and conducting listing presentations.

Personal Interests

My interest outside of work, spending time with my wife Aida of 16 years and our two dogs Brando and Lacey. I enjoy touring wineries throughout southern California. Our home away form home is Maui the most beautiful place on the earth. I enjoy a round of golf but don't take the game as seriously as I once did, I celebrate the good shots and forget the bad ones.
