Howdy, I’m David Isings and want to share my love for Wine (mostly Riesling, Champagne, Pinotage, Grüner Veltliner or Blauer Zweigelt), Port, Pils and fine dining (but also a burger at the big yellow M). Wake me up for a fresh steak tartare, Foie Gras, Dutch Bitterballen, PataNegra, good Old (matured) Dutch Cheeseor Coquilles.

I am living in Amsterdam and consider myself a newbie on the wine front. I know what I love to drink and I want to learn the why! Trying to learn more about it and share the info learned. On my to-do for 2021 is wset-1 and wset-2.
