David J. Kim began his investment banking career as an Associate with Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. Next, Mr. Kim completed a three-year tenure with Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., where he was promoted to Vice President. Later, he joined the Tribeca West Financial, and served as a Managing Director and Chairman for one of the firm’s portfolio companies, Plymouth Growth Corporation, a holding company for three retail chains with 256 stores around the U.S. Mr. Kim became the Associate Director of MedForce in 1992. MedForce, a holding company that acquired and invested in physician support services networks was controlled by the principal investments arm of Goldman Sachs. Joining MedForce as a start-up, Mr. Kim oversaw MedForce’s revenue growth to in excess of $100 million per annum.
A graduate of the University of California, he also served two terms on the University of Rochester Trustees’ Council.
