Howe Development Corporation (HDC) is an innovative, full service, residential architectural design, construction and real estate development firm founded by David J. Howe, with its headquarters located in Sudbury Massachusetts. HDC has evolved from the culmination of several successful businesses developed over Dave’s 30-year career spanning all facets of the home improvement industry. It is his love of older homes and classic architecture that led him from his landscape design roots into the home improvement and construction field.
