I’m a business operations leader with a broad background across Finance / Business Technology / Administration / Training / Staff Development / M&A / New Business Start-up / and corporate support functions including HR / Marketing / Business Development.
My career has almost always included taking vision and strategy from concept to reality. I’m at my best helping others succeed in their roles and enjoy growing and creating leaders. I have a wealth of experience creating budgets / managing P&L / developing standards and practices / integrating business technology / creating marketing plans / receivable management / managing 1st , 2nd , and 3rd level associates.
Over the years I’ve lead large and small corporate support function teams plus geographically dispersed field organizations in the US and Canada. I’m successful dealing with clients, front line associates, and Board Room expectations.
In addition to my experiences with H&R Block I’ve provided marketing support to a start-up radio station and opened and managed a $1 million franchise business from the ground up.
My current role leading software implementations for Fiserv in the credit union space is in a transition period between clients. While it is interesting work it’s not aligned with my career goals and what I’m successful doing.
I’m seeking an opportunity where I can lead business operations for an entrepreneurial company or a geographically dispersed field organization as regional or divisional manager. My goals include managing financial results, wowing clients, supporting associates, and ensuring best in class operating results. Relocation for the right opportunity will be considered. Travel up to 100% is acceptable.
