David Johnson IV

I am an active member of the Minority Engineering Program of Indianapolis (MEPI). This extra-curricular program provides minority students an opportunity to experience the different aspects of the engineering field. I have participated in this program since 2011 and plan to continue through my high school career.

I am currently completing required courses in conjunction with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program. The IB Program fosters and facilitates self-motivation and independent thought; this program will augment and expand my understanding of the world from a global viewpoint.

My interests in High School also extend to fine arts; I have studied percussion since 2011 in Middle School and am currently "1st Chair" in our High School Orchestra.

My post secondary academic aspirations are to study Immunology with the ultimate goal of becoming an Allergist / Immunologist.
