1) A business owner who is busy and has been ignoring their website and social media. It's easy to see when Facebook has zero postings or the most recent post was more than 90 days ago. Or I see that the website hasn't been updated with fresh content in more than 6 months.

2) A business owner that needs better visibility in Google. If they aren't on page 1, then they are invisible. Phone calls and appointments for that business' product or service is going to someone else. The ones who ARE on page 1 of google.
