David Kanbar has certainly left his mark on the alcohol industry. Along with serving as the Executive VP for SKYY brand spirits, David also founded a few brands in the industry. David founded Bambu Rum Premium Imports LLC where he worked to rebrand the image that gin has in the industry. He also founded Bulldog Gin Company which is still up and running today. David's most known endeavor is his partnership with Real Housewife star Bethenny Frankel to co-create Skinnygirl Cocktails. He is always looking to expand and bring innovation to the alcohol industry.

David recently partnered with Rafael Yukobe, COO of London Group LLC and LNJ Imports LLC, to oversee imports and exports of Nuvo, one of the most successful liqueur brands in the country. David Kanbar was brought on as a key brand strategist to manage finance, sales, and production and rebuild Nuvo as it transitions to London Group LLC.

David is also, in part, behind the creation of Birthday Cake Wine, a new movement in wine that branches out from the traditional reds and whites and creates the ultimate dessert wine.

David has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and founded numerous ventures throughout his life such as a vending machine business and car detailing business while in college at NYU.

David Kanbar is still loyal to his original roots in real estate since that was what first propelled him into business, and he still invests in key real estate areas. He has limited partnership investments in Brooklyn, and his investment choices have been solidified time and time again as Brooklyn continues to be, by far, the hottest borough of New York City.

David and wife were recently honored by Americans for Israel and Torah (AMIT) for their work as successful entrepreneurs. David Kanbar moderated an Entrepreneurial Event Panel attended by Birch Coffee co-founder Jeremy Lyman, BrandFire Creativity Agency founder and president Adam Padilla, Point Ashley founder Ashley Zyat and many more.
