I have an extensive background in transportation through multiple years working with federal government and private sector in Washington, DC. Over my career, I have observed first hand how policies are developed and implemented from the top down. While transportation polices are meant to extend opportunity and access to people of all races and backgrounds, the policies often increase disparities among the middle class and underserved communities. Equal access to resources equals equality for all. My blog highlights areas of opportunity for improvement, and innovative ideas and solutions for growth and improvement.
