As an avid indoorsman, my hobbies generally tend to avoid the elements. Like many, I'm a computer geek who loves to "solve problems" that I didn't even realize I had.

And while I read quite a bit and enjoy traveling, my real passion is audio. Everything from music, to home theater, headphones, loudspeaker design, digital audio / codecs, and more. I even graduated with a degree in Audio and Electrical Engineering.

I blog over at bandpass.org about many different topics, including in-depth media player reviews, audio, productivity and whatever else I feel like writing down.

For my day job, I am one of original developers and lead architects of the FlexPod Datacenter solution as well as FlexPod Express and Secure Multi-Tenancy at NetApp.
