One of my clients called me a Force Multplier, as in business improved by factors when I was around. I am a logistics guy - a supply chain guy. Point A to Point B, not only the materials, but the information and the money behind the material. Big Picture - Fine Details, it don't matter. There hasn't been a supply chain yet that I did not dramatically improve. I find the piles of money laying around and fix where the cash leaks out of a business.

More important, I educate the people in business to understand what really drives their business, so that they can continue to improve after I am gone.
