David is a well established commercial real estate executive based in Los Angeles, with more than 25 years of experience working with local, regional and national clients in the fields of law, accounting, entertainment, and financial services. David is highly skilled in the development of strategic real estate plans, facility relocations and consolidations, lease restructurings and renewals, with special emphasis on the user with multiple market locations.

David has negotiated real estate projects for companies and organizations of all sizes, including: The Walt Disney Company, Sprint, Morgan Stanley, MetLife, and the County of Los Angeles.

David is exceptionally experienced in tenant relations, real estate due diligence, facility management, entitlements, real estate economics, and real estate transactions.
