David LeCroy

After a successful career with Fortune 500 companies, including Westinghouse Electric, General Electric, IBM, and EF Hutton, entrepreneur David LeCroy developed and managed his own financial planning and investment management business for many years. As a licensed stock broker, insurance broker, and commodities broker, Mr. LeCroy's firm offered personal financial planning, investment consulting, and tax preparation services. Mr. LeCroy's business success provided the resources necessary to begin another chapter in his life, as the owner of large upscale homes, which he now offers for family reunions and corporate retreats through his profitable vacation home rental enterprise.

With a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, and an MBA in Finance, David LeCroy, began the purchase of homes for his rental business in 1977, while maintaining, without interruption, a personal residence, separate from his investments in rental homes. Mr. LeCroy's development of his vacation home rental business into a primary career has provided him with both personal independence and life style flexibility.

His well timed investments, such as the 7 year ownership, and mortgage payoff with rental income, of a vacation rental home in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and the development of land into a ever appreciating subdivision, are examples of how Mr. LeCroy has managed his resources to a level which allowed him to offer his vacation rental homes to others, in resort areas where he personally enjoys vacationing.

With numerous vacation rental homes, and parcels of land, in multiple states, David LeCroy's investments now include a private 8 bedroom home in Vail/Beaver Creek, Colorado, which accommodates up to 28 people; a 3,000 square foot private home near Grand Lake, Colorado, which includes 42 acres and a picturesque mountain stream; and a Miramar Beach, Florida, home, which features a private pool, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and free access to resorts, including the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.
