Firm founder David L. Morgan received his B.A. degree at Brigham Young University in 1995. He earned his M.B.A. and J.D. degrees from Willamette University in 2001 and was admitted to practice law that same year.
Upon his admission to the Utah Bar, Mr. Morgan immediately opened the Law Offices of David L. Morgan, which is also known as the Morgan Law Firm. He chose to focus on personal injury law because of his strong belief that injury victims in Boise, Salt Lake City, and throughout all cities and towns in both states need access to the compassionate, individualized support that is not always available from attorneys at large, impersonal, big city firms.
